Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Why does my snowboard still slides some when I use the SBStop™ Pad?
A: You are probably starting off in an area that is a little too steep, start off in an area with less decline/slope and nearer to flat. Also, you can change the placement of the SBStop™. See the User Guide for 3 different ways to place the SBStop™ beneath the snowboard to improve friction.
Q: Where can I get instruction sheet for the SBStop Product?
A: Use this link for SBStop™: User Guides 1
Q: What is the purpose of the Safety Cord?
A: The Safety Cord must always be attached to the boot when snowboarding. The Safety Cord prevents the SBStop™ pad from moving outside small distance from the boot. It will also keep the SBStop™ from completely disengaging from the boot and snowboard and getting lost in the snow.
