Q: I can't push the SBStop into the packed snow?

A: If the snow is packed, it can be difficult to push the point of the SBStopinto the snow. To anchor the snowboard you simply tilt the snowboard on the back edge and put the SBStop stake through the Anchor Rope loop and then lay the SBStop stake flat beneath the snowboard.  This action will have the same affect and will anchor the snowboard unless you are on a very steep incline.  When you are ready to begin snowboarding, simply lean back on the back edge and the SBStop will retract back up to the boot.  (Watch How to Video) 

Q: What is the purpose of the Safety Cord?

A: The Safety Cord must always be attached to the boot when snowboarding. The Safety Cord prevents the SBStop™ stake from moving outside small distance from the boot.  It will also keep the SBStop™ from completely disengaging from the boot and snowboard.   

Q: How long does it take to deliver the items I ordered?

A: If you ordered any of our SBStop™ products, please allow 3-7 business days to ship.

Q: Does SBStop™ accept Money Orders?

A: Currently, SBStop™ only accepts Visa, MasterCard, and American Express payments.

Q: My item was delivered broken or defective, how do I get a replacement or refund?

A: If you received an item that was defective or broken, please contact us for a return authorization. Once you have received a return authorization please send the item back to us along with a packing slip and explanation for the return and we will get you a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

Q: How long do you accept returns from the date of purchase?

A: While there may be extenuating circumstances, in most cases we accept returns up to 30 days after the date of purchase. With any return, it is best to contact us before returning.
